Alpine Valley Music Theater - East Troy WI
As I'm sure you are well aware, the show scheduled for Saturday, July 23rd was cancelled and has been rescheduled for August 20th, 2022.
In all my years of doing this, I must say this is the first time that I have had to deal with this situation. I hope all of your groups made it safely back home, or wherever they may be staying for the night. All tickets will be honored for the rescheduled show, but I know that some of you travelled a long way to get there and schedules may not allow you to return August 20.
Refunds for non-Club tix, please contact LiveNation directly.
Here is the information that I received from LiveNation (regarding club tix): All of the tickets that your members have will be valid at the new date. Are you going to need any of the tickets cancelled & refunded? If so, there is a 7 day refund window which begins today (this came 7/24, so we have until next Saturday). Please let me know if the next 7 days if any need to be refunded. I would need the exact seat locations in order to refund and the money would be refunded back to you"
Please send only one request per club for any refunds. It will be far too much for me to handle to have each individual ticket holder contact me. Once I receive the money from LiveNation it will be sent back to the club contact and you will be responsible for dispersing the funds to the individuals.
For all CLUB TICKET refund requests, I will need by Fri 7/29 at 10am:
1: Number of tickets to be refunded
2: Exact seat locations (All in section 201, need Row and seat numbers)
3: YOUR Address (one total refund check sent per club)
Thanks, and keep those fins up (and dry)! Alpine Valley Ticket Coordinator
EVERY TICKET HOLDER MUST BE A DUES-PAID ST.MSP MEMBER!!!
St.MSP Club Tickets are $160 each, available ONLY to St.MSP members with 2022 dues paid BEFORE ticket purchase.
Ticket distribution will be communicated to purchasers AFTER St.MinneSomePlace receives tickets from our
PHIP Regional Ticket Coordinator.
Ticket distribution will be determined by the
St.MSP Bwana Board of Directors based on:
(a) club event attendance and activity,
(b) 2022 membership renewal order, and
(c) volunteer hour reporting.
In the event that the number of club tickets received is fewer than the number requested by St.MinneSomePlace members, tickets will be assigned based on the above criteria, and refunds will be made.
No specific seat location information is or will be available before tickets are distributed to St.MSP by the PHIP Ticket Coordinator. (Please don't ask...)
"Rules of the Road" documents are attached below.
Your purchase of St.MinneSomePlace Club Tickets IS FINAL and indicates your consent and approval to St.MSP and PHIP policies/procedures.
Can't use your St.MSP Club Tickets?
Club tickets may not be sold or transferred to non-StMSP club members.
YOU MUST Contact HeadBwana@St-MinneSomePlace.com IMMEDIATELY
for re-sale assistance.
You are REQUESTING tickets in the St.MinneSomePlace section
(part of the roughly 600 seat ParrotHead club block)
In past years, this block of seats has been located in the left pavillion section of Alpine Valley Music Theater, starting 15-20 rows up, towards the left center aisle (though there is no guarantee of this location).
It is not the responsibility of St.MSP Bwana's to verify your membership in any other PHIP-sanctioned club.
